Dedicated server plan

We are providing 3 sizes of dedicated servers Small, Medium, and Large depending on the concurrent sessions.

1. Small (S) Plan

20 concurrent sessions, 4 cores, 1 Region of your choice

2. Medium (M) Plan

40 concurrent sessions, 8 cores,1 Region of your choice

3. Large (L) Plan

100 concurrent sessions, 16 cores, 1 Region of your choice

Requirements for Server Management by Graebert:

If your server is managed by Graebert, please ensure the following information is provided:

1. Content Files Repository (CAD Files):

   • Refer to the guidelines on accessing CAD files stored in S3: Accessing Files in S3.

   • If you require Graebert to host your Content Files Repository, contact Partner Support to understand the limitations.

2. Customization Files:

   • You have two options for hosting customization files:

     1. Hosted by Graebert: You must provide the customization.zip file, which Graebert will host on their AWS S3. Note that any updates to these files will require Graebert's involvement.

     2. Hosted by You: You can manage the hosting of customization files. For details on setting this up, please refer to the Customization Package documentation.
