Requirements for Server Management by Graebert:-

If the your server is managed by Graebert, please ensure the following information is provided:

1. Content Files Repository (CAD Files):

   • Refer to the guidelines on accessing CAD files stored in S3: Accessing Files in S3.

   • If you require Graebert to host your Content Files Repository, contact Partner Support to understand the limitations.

2. Customization Files:

   • You have two options for hosting customization files:

     1. Hosted by Graebert: You must provide the customization.zip file, which Graebert will host on their AWS S3. Note that any updates to these files will require Graebert's involvement.
